civic 97 car wont move?

i had to hit the brakes hard because I got cut by a motorcycle. ended up slamming into the gutter because of it and the right rotor broke… now my problem is the car wont move even when I’m geared in? It just revs and revs.. that and the speedometer goes up too but I’m getting nowhere. it’s like I’m revving on neutral… what could be wrong? thanks!
